Programme Usage

Replace 2 meals a day with a formula 1 shake and have one healthy meal per day. Take the Multivitamin Complex 2X daily. Take the Instant Herbal Beverage 1-2 times daily. Take the Oat Apple Fibre Drink once a day. Have healthy snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon to keep hunger pangs at bay and to keep your metabolism steady.
